How is it 2025?! It truly sounds like a made up year to me that seemed unreal when I was a teenager. Yet here we are. Hello 2025.
I always feel like this time of year is full of anticipation, promise and also so much stress with setting crazy resolutions, charging into the year and tackling it head first. Honestly, for years I subscribed to this but this year, I’m entering the new year with a softness I hope to carry through the year. Instead of charging forward, using this quiet time for some reflection, some future imagining and setting some gentle intentions feels like the ultimate gift for the year ahead to go into it with a restored nervous system and more energy to tackle whatever the year brings.
With that, I wanted to share a few questions I’ve been using to reflect on the year ahead that I hope will be useful to you. So pour yourself your favorite drink, wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket, light a candle and make this mindful time a real gift for yourself. I hope you have an amazing 2025!
