I know how important it is to have a partner in your health journey that can be beside you no matter what and find answers to even the most complicated health challenges. I have experienced countless health professionals give up on me, tell me something was incurable or untreatable, and not be a true partner in the process. After curing most of my ‘untreatable’ conditions and finally finding a health team to be true advocates for me, I’m ready to do the same for you.

One size fits all? Not here. I’m trained in a variety of healing modalities from meditation and mindful movement to holistic health coaching, pilates, somatic healing, energy work and more. I’ll partner with you to find the modalities that work best for you, fit easily into your life and together we’ll create a custom program that will help you to thrive.

With the right health coach, wellness can and should be a fun adventure. While adjustments may be suggested, I will alway suggest them with an additive mindset. I remember when I refused to stop eating gluten because no good gluten free pizza options existed. I finally made my own and have tricked many gluten eaters into thinking they were eating the perfect New York slice.

I believe that people find me when they’re ready to heal - but ultimately the pace of healing is different for everyone. I am here to serve as your cheerleader, your supportive guide, an occasional life coach and even more occasional comedian and to support your journey, but ultimately we go by what you’re seeking, your speed, and what you want to achieve.

Embarking on any health journey can be challenging and we no doubt will face some long held beliefs, confront some shadow selves, and traverse rocky moments along the way. I hold the sacred space for you to work through these difficult moments, guide you to reach more peaks week after week and ultimately emerge from coaching as the best version of you you can be.
How We’ll Work Together:
Phase 1: STORYTELLING
We dive deep into your story - your history, your emotions and somatic expression around them and examine the messages you tell yourself daily, the future chapters you feel are already written. The idea coming out of this phase is that you have a deeper understanding of yourself and your symptoms and I have a plan for supporting you in rewriting your future chapters.
Phase 2: the edit
Here we begin to tweak elements of diet, self care routine, exercise, self talk and more. This includes interrupting stories we tell ourselves that aren’t serving our highest good, we build a better story of health and wellbeing and make impactful changes to your story till you feel stronger and entirely capable of writing whatever next chapter you choose.
Phase 3: the rewrite
We begin to rewrite those future chapters from a healthier lens. We dream, we imagine and yes, as woo woo as it sounds, we manifest a different storyline. Maybe it has a crescendo of action or the meet cute of a romcom or simply a story heroine coming home to herself. You’ll leave the program feeling that your future holds more promise and opportunity than you ever dreamed, with the capabilities to seize it.
