Whether you’re an expert meditator or just beginning - meditation is a lifelong tool that can support you in finding calm, breaking past your barriers, and training your mind to approach life more mindfully.

As someone who always struggled with managing stress, when I finally started meditating my life was forever changed.

I was suddenly able to use my mind to calm a fried nervous system, to see my workday and my coworkers through a more mindful lens and to give my body the love it truly deserved by carving out space each day, even if it was for five minutes, to breathe and focus on my own power. Meditation may seem complicated but it’s simply the act of practicing presence and has the power to truly transform your life.

I was privileged to start guiding meditations and mindful leadership sessions for corporations, retreats, and even parties throughout the pandemic and those first few years teaching I was able to help people carve out space during an immensely difficult time. Today, I am well versed in a variety of meditation modalities from visualization and breathwork to Yoga Nidra and progressive muscle relaxation.
